The really hard thing about owning guinea pigs is that they hide their illnesses so well, its hard to tell they’re sick unless you are very observant and know what to be looking for.
Having said that, I’ve never seen a piggie sleep with their head in the food dish. That is very strange. Snoring loudly does not sound like a good sign either. I cannot help but think maybe she needs a good check up to be on the safe side.
Respiratory issues are usually characterized by crusty eyes, lethargy, runny/crusty nose, and noisy breathing. Another big red flag is not eating. Be sure she is eating, drinking, and eliminating normally.

Snoring is usual for guinea pig at a young age it is snoring because it is tired and needs rest.
Sleeping in its food ball is sort of weird but guinea pigs sleep where they feel most comfortable. mine slept under the water bottle for a bit while it was dripping on it.
But if it Carries on to do this simply take its food bowl out for a bit and see what happens then or maybe even try moving the bowl could solve your problem.

my piggies will drag their food dishes to the entrance of their pigaloos so they can be lazy and eat without leaving like they are little furry turtles, but i’ve never seen them sleep in them : Snoring dosn’t sound good though
it wouldn’t hurt to take the pig to the vet for a checkup, its really usually not very expensive for an office visit, and it’s worth the price. Like the last person said, piggies can get sick fast without you knowing. good luck!
