They have a spray out now – I think it’s called “Snore Stop”. Any drug store has it – you spray it in your throat before bedtime. It really works. My husband uses it – the strips didn’t work for him either.

I’m a Respiratory Therapist and short of surgery there’s a couple of things you can do. One he needs to have a sleep study done. He has sleep apnea and needs to be put on a C-Pap machine. If this doesn’t work he may need to have minor surgery. It’s called adnoidectomy. They take his adnoids out and it will get rid of the snoring and Sleep apnea. Thanks and God Bless.

My mother used to snore horribly. She could be in her room with the door closed and you could be down a hall in your room with your door closed and it was like she was next to you. She had a sleep study and now uses a C-pap machine every night. She doesn’t make a sound at all now. I would really recommend looking into it.
