those OTC do not work–they only mask the true problem. Snoring is frequently associated with sleep apnea. See a doc, get a sleep study.

Before thinking of buying a product, have you tried a couple of thinks like making sure you sleep on your side as much as he can and making sure you sleep at regular times, as in at the same time every night… These are just a couple.
