    Sometimes snoring is caused by sleep apnea. This also goes along with disrupted breathing and, commonly, heart burn or problems like that. You can go to your doctor and have it checked out if you think you actually have that. Otherwise, you can try those breathe-rite strips. Apparently they work for some people. It all depends on what’s causing the snoring.

    if you block their air passage, then they cant snore. simple.
