snoring is a sign of sleep apnea. Need a sleep study.
Treatment include cpap, possibly of dental device.
The OTC stuff does not work, it only masks the problem.

    You practice pranayam to get rid of snoring. Specially Anulom Vilom Pranayam which is done as explained below:
    Keep your right hand thumb on right nostril and close it then breath in deeply from left. Then close your left nostril by fingers and open your right nostril then exhale the breath. After this breath in from right nostril and close it with thumb. Exhale breath from left nostril by removing fingures. This complete one cycle of Pranayam. If you keep on doing this for 15-50 cycle daily. You will get rid of snoring problem.
    If possible locate some yoga teacher in your locality to correctly practicing of pranayam.

    Snoring mostly happens due to Sinus problem. Try medications to clear your sinus, this would definitely help.

    Nasal strips. You can get them at Wal-Mart, Target, and most other retail stores. They should be in the pharmacy section and should be the cheapest snoring solution.
