Operations?! Whao! I know sleeping sideways helps. No need for operations. :)

  2. badong says:

There is a nose patch out on the market which you place over the bridge of the nose which is said to help breathing at night and eliminates snoring.

  3. itzfitzh says:

there’s those strips that you put on the bridge of your nose that are supposed to open the airways. Try it out and tell me if they work.

  4. toiletbo says:

    Lose weight.
    Exercise.

There are ways to help reduce the noise level, but you can not get rid of it completely without the operation. Staying off of your back and stomach while you sleep. Propping a small pillow under your feet helps some. Do not drink decaffeinated or carbonated drinks before you go to bed. Keep your nasal passages clear(blow your nose). You may want to try the breath right strips. A weird one that really seems to help me is to wear a sleeping mask. Good luck!

I think it depends on what is causing the snoring. SOmetimes snoring is caused by a sleep disorder called obstructive sleep apnea which closes off your airway off & on while you sleep & causes snoring. It can also be causes by allergies, sinuses & a number of other things. If it’s something that’s really bothering you, you should see a doctor & make sure that there isn’t an underlying cause of the snoring.

Lose weight and improve your eating habits.
Avoid tranquilizers, sleeping pills and antihistamines before you go to bed.
Avoid alcohol, heavy meals, or snacks at least four hours before you sleep.
Establish regular sleeping patterns. For example, try to go to bed at the same time every night.
Sleep on your side rather than on your back.
Tilt the head of your bed up four inches.

well it would be helpful if u r living with ur partner or roommate so that they can tell u when exactly do u snore. u have to identify the cause in order to cure it. its either because of the sleeping position, or u have been very tired or u r asthmatic.

  10. wakewak says:

    lay on your side….

  11. pooop says:

drink milk before sleep. That’s ridiculous to get operations

  12. sam2 says:

Avoid cool foods like curd, ice cream, cool milk etc. at night and use a very thin pillow or no pillow at all. Also apply some decongestant gel on chest and nasal bridge. Above all try to sleep sidewise rather than on your back or abdomen
