Survey: How Do You Stop A Snorer From Snoring?

Tap him on his shoulder and he will turn over, the snoring should stop or in the very last subside.

plug his nose and open his mouth or what i usually do is make big sudden movements on the bed, such as lift yourself up and drop back down (if he wakes up completely he wont know you did it since you will be laying down and he will think your sleeping). this slightly disrupts his sleep and he will stop – hopefully long enough for you to fall asleep!!!

Sorry, I can’t help with this one. My husband was a horrible snorer, and I couldn’t do anything to make him stop. I’d push him onto his side, and he would still snore.

My husband falls asleep on his back and that’s when he snores the loudest. I usually poke at him until he turns on his side and that takes care of it.

turn him on his side…….apparently thats effective.

No, stick marshmellows up his nose. Clothes pins will wake him up. Works every time….

Put a breathe strip on the nose.

a good bit of cotton inside his nose will stop the sound
