Hey kennyloc omg I know exactly where you’re comin from!!!
I’ve had snoring problems all my life, and I totally hate waking people up in their sleep too !
I’m pretty sure it runs in my blood because everyone in my family snores as well.
Fortunately, I finally found a cure for my snoring after all these years, thanks to Dr. Rosenblum’s website!! I couldn’t be any more thankful for Dr. Rosenblum, who’s also a well known sleep doctor, with years of research experience on the matter. I ran into his website one day, and his advice is almost miraculous! I even bought his product, and it’s worked wonders! I’ve been able to completely cure my snoring dilemma, and even my family’s finding great success with it. I’m kinda upset because he’s selling his product much cheaper now then from the time I made the purchase, but I’m still glad it happened! Remember, even if you don’t make any purchase, you’ll still pick up things you won’t pick up anywhere else!! If So before I forget, here’s the website: http://www.feelbeat.org

Some people actually do hear themselves snoring. They wake themselves up snoring. This type of snoring is called “heroic’ and it has been linked with a 67% increased risk of stroke.

Sew or tape a tennis ball to the back of your pajamas or T-shirt. Snorers are more likely to snore when lying on their backs. The ball will make this position uncomfortable and force you to roll over onto your side.
