  1. Well Done* says:

It’s a fact. Snoring is a sign of breathing problems. On severe cases it is accompanied with apnoea which is a serious problem and some times can be fatal.
When my g/f start snoring, first it kills my sleep, second it kills my infatuation, third it kills our living together. That’s serious, pal!

  2. Papa McCain says:

Normal mild snoring won’t kill you. A condition called sleep apnea will. As you sleep your muscles relax causing the back of the tongue to press against the soft tissue in the back of your mouth cutting off your air supply. While your body uses up the oxygen in your blood your brain is in panic mode trying to get you to start breathing again. You usually do so in one roaring snore. Not a big deal? People with a serious problem actually breathe for less time during sleep than not. Not only will the lack of oxygen eventually damage the brain, you never get a full night’s restful sleep. That is something that is needed to keep stress levels down. Stress is being thought of as a deadly disease in its own right now.
Depending on the severity of your snoring problem, there are cures. Simple as changing your type of pillow or using BreatheRight strips all the way to CPAP machines that you wear at night and force air down your lungs through your nose.

  3. Jared says:

I’ve never heard of snoring killing anyone, however, I know it does negatively impact your health. If you are snoring you are not getting a good nights sleep.
Some people have it really bad. Not to mention it could be the result of a more serious underlying sleep disorder such as Sleep Apnea.
Believe it or not, there are some people who are desperate to find a solution for this problem because it is not only effecting them, but their sleep partners as well. They constantly feel tired during the day with no vitality.
There are a ton “stop snoring devices” that will help, but a lot are just scams. It is important to understand why you are snoring in the first place.
