    I think he was just trying to be funny… didn’t work.

    @Numnumonmyballs I’m not trying to prove you wrong or right. I’m not even sure what it is you want from me? I am a therapist who has consistently helped people suffering from back pain, insomnia and stress related illnesses – my skills do not require anyone to ‘believe’ anything to be effective, they just are effective and so feel no need to change my approach. Don’t get hung up on chakras as they really are just a model for learning. RE Humanistic, means the results are everything, causes 2nd

    @rosswoof I really would like to be proven wrong here. And i apologize for being so closed minded to your idea. I became exactly what i hate in humanity. ANd i would much rather not have hypocrisy in the list of things that describe my personality.

  4. Numnumonmyballs says:

    @rosswoof for 5 you read what i typed wrong. It is arrogant to simply blame hormonal imbalances for emotions. there is much more that needs to be taken into consideration, and them being there might be because of probability which you seem to believe, or they might be there because of how the person is interacting with their world, causing stress/ an emotion and then causing a hormonal imbalance. my argument is not that your wrong, its that you could be wrong. Its a theory, not a science.

  5. Numnumonmyballs says:

    @rosswoof I disagree with the easiness. It may be easy to observe, but not to the degree of my interpretation of measurement, since the results consider much more variety of other factors and how those relate/ interact together. Not to mention the individual observers perception of those results. Unless that’s what you meant by humanistic; ignoring human perception flaws and conflictions. for your second answer, how those chemicals interact with your brain isnt exactly taken into consideration.

    @Numnumonmyballs
    4) “Where is your chakra located?” – there are seven major and several minor chakra locations in the human phyisology.
    5) Electricity is a ‘non-physical’ thing that has clear physical effects.
    6) “how can any of that be related to sleep?” – Hormonal imbalances can disrupt internal bio rhythms leading to lack of appetite (as in too much adrenaline secreted due to stress causing excess worry and anxiety) hormonal imbalances will also lead to broken sleep patterns…. any more?

  7. rosswoof says:

    @Numnumonmyballs 1) “How do you measure an emotional umbalance?” (sic) on a humanistic level it easy to observe emotional imbalances by their result.
    2) “Does that mean all emotions are based on hormones?” Yes of course it does, they are interpretations of chemical responses in the brain.
    3) “How does that relate to chakra?” The ‘Chakra model’ is a simplified way of way recognising corresponding endocrine glandular secretions, nerve plexus’ and bio-energy concentrations.
    ….

  8. Numnumonmyballs says:

    @rosswoof Im saying that unless you know the answers to all those questions, your initial comment of the explanation of sleeping position shifts is nothing but a faith filled delirium. even so, what you said could be considered a theory at best, nothing more. I’m just going to ignore the rest since its completely irrelevant to this discussion.

  9. rosswoof says:

    @Numnumonmyballs what a bizarre post. I don’t recall you ever previously asking me to explain any answers to you. You have either returned to this video 8-months on to pick up our long closed thread or I can only assume you have trouble sleeping and are getting annoyed with it… or you are the ‘expert’ in the video? … in either case your post is asking far too much to be explained in video comments. If you want help just ask for it.

  10. Numnumonmyballs says:

    @rosswoof 8 months later. achem. how do you measure an emotional unbalance? does that mean all emotions are based on hormones? which hormones effect which emotions exactly? how exactly does that relate to chakra? where is your chakra located? so a nonphysical thing effects a physical thing i can understand that, how you figure that your ‘chakra’ is directly related to hormones or emotions? and then how can any of that be directly related to sleep? the answer is you dont know. dont pretend to.

    @LukeShetler completely agree!

  13. hateyall says:

    I mostly sleep in fetal position or on my back but i almost always have my arms crossed what does that mean? ;P

  14. maden600 says:

    i sleep in the fetal position and i do beleive that im sensitive inside how can i change that?

  15. rosswoof says:

    So anyway, why not be a little more constructive and put an opinion over as to WHY you think I’m wrong?

  16. rosswoof says:

    You’re the one with the words Num-num in your nic!

  17. Numnumonmyballs says:

    you’re a complete fucking idiot

  18. rosswoof says:

    FAIL.

    Sleeping positions shift as you pass through emotional unbalances – which of course are hormonal imbalances – which relate to chakra or ‘energy centre’ activity or inactivity. Although hard to change from your habitual sleeping postions you can start to affect change in your present circumstances by ’sleeping on it’

    Enjoy ;-)
