My 7 Year Old Sister Keeps Snoring?
Posted by: Alan in Stop Snoring Remedies, tags: Keeps, Sister, Snoring, YearI don’t know how long it’s been like this but she snores like an adult. I don’t even snore like that, in fact, I don’t snore at all. None in our family does but her. We’ve been wanting to ask a doctor but we haven’t had the time so I just thought I’d ask here for the meantime. It’s not exactly very loud but it’s loud enough for someone not to be able to sleep without kicking her the whole night. Anyone has ideas on this?

try putting a humidifier in her room
Her tongue is moving to the back of her throat while she sleeps
tell her to sleep on her side or tummy
that might help but it may be her tonsils though

I am not sure what the condition is called but It can be corrected with surgery. Usually snoring in children is caused by a deformity in the sinus cavity. It has to do with the flaps in the nose. It is a fairly easy procedure and can be done while the person is a child or adult although recommended to be done as a child because it will heal faster and also the person will have less sinus problems as an adult if done while young. You may want to google this and see if you can get more info about it to see if her symptoms match. Good luck!
