I snore a lot. I have tried numerous sleeping positions. It’s frustrating. My mouth is open which causes dry mouth and eventually sore throats. I need help fast!

According to the ABC Morning Show, only two things work: the mouth piece that you see on tv and the wintergreen throat strips shown here:http://www.walgreens.com/store/product.j…
    Nothing else supposedly works.

You can get those “Breathe Right” nose strips that open your nasal passages. They’ve recently come out with these lubricating throat strips that look like those Listerine Strips for breath freshening. You use the strips before you go to bed, they lubricate your throat so you don’t get a dry throat and snore. Also, turning over onto your stomach to sleep helps, but if you’re like me, you’ll just turn back over once you fall asleep. Hope that helps! Take care!

From personal experience, try using a warm-mist humidifier at night. It works. It will ease your breathing and reduce snoring a lot.
