Iv Got A Bit Of A Snoring Problem & Im Too Scared To Sleep Ova His House!?
Posted by: Alan in Stop Snoring Remedies, tags: House, Problem, Scared, Sleep, SnoringI’ve been dating a guy 4 a bit & i wanna stay over his place soon but im scared he’ll get turned off by my snoring:( its not mega loud but iv been told its still anoying. i dont know how to get rid of it!! im only 20 and im not overweight or anything, i dont know why i snore but i want to stop, any advice?

hmm have u been to the doctor to get it looked at… usually they can do sleep studies to find out whats causing it, just an idea…sometimes asthma suffers can snore too, its hard to say cuz i dont know ur history… but get it looked at by ur doctor…

well if he really cared about you he wouldn’t care about your snoring because he likes you for you and it shouldn’t matter. if he does have a problem with it then talk it out, everything should go well. or even talk to him about it before hand because then he will know your status as a sleeper and you will be able to see how he feels about the situation

tell him to stick his peice in your mouth while you sleep, he wont notice or wont care if you snore trust me.

Don’t worry about it, my girlfriend snores and grinds her teeth in her sleep, I don’t mind.

u can get things from chemists, i don’t think it’s a prescription either.
