You need to put aside his pajama top or t-shirt or whatever top he wears in bed (if he doesnt he is going to have to start). Then roughly where the spine would be, you sow 5 golf balls into the top (use a 4 inch square pice of material for each) at 6 inch intervals in each of his night tops. When he rolls over on his back (even in his sleep) he will be uncomfortable and will automatically roll back on his side. Once there the snoring will stop.
Just go to a good taylor with your golf balls and they will know exactly what to do. My wife did this for me over 5 years ago and so far no complaints.
Ear plugs
Separate bedrooms
Doctor’s visit to see if the problem can be remedied. For me, my sinus surgery stopped my whistling and snorting sounds.
I never knew I had a problem,
(of course the snorer never hears themselves)
till I woke up pushing my cat away, as she was pressing her paw on then off then on my nostril,
and my husband laughing as she did that…
that’s when I realized I made noise as I slept, and even my cat knew how to stop the sound.
My father has to use a CPAP machine, and it’s amazing how well it works. We used to be able to hear him snoring from downstairs, but if he uses it, it’s better.
