Stop Snoring Remedies

there is NO over the caounter remedy that works for snoring.
I saw a device the other day, kind of like a mouthpiece you’d wear while playing football, that pulls your jaw slightly forward while you sleep, pulling your tongue from the back of your throat. If I’d have known about this BEFORE I had the UPPP surgery, it would have saved me about $3,000!!! I now have no uvula, but I don’t snore, nor do I have apnea any longer.
