humidify the room, raise the head of the bed (for instnace put blocks under the legs), buy the “snore strips” from wal mart or wherever, try taking an anithistime, possibly try sleeping on your side instead of your back.

try Vick’s. then use the strips then Vick’s so you can kinda trick yourself. that’s what my baby dose
