I only snore when it is cold outside and I wake up all congested as if I have a cold the entire time during autumn and winter. When I wake up, my mouth tastes like it is full of mucus (I know… very disgusting). I have tried some other decongestants (store brands and Tylenol) but I have not tried Sudafed because I am fearful that it could be habit forming. I have tried breathe right strips and their throat sprays but those do not work at all. I believe my snoring is caused by my being congested during these times but I am no expert. Once I am awake and start moving around for the day, my congestion leaves me completely until during the night while I’m sleeping.

I would love to find a remedy because I miss sleeping next to my wife. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Ok, how about someone who isn’t trying to sell me something answer?
Or better yet, other than the three idiots who have already answered, the first person to say Sudafed works with nasal congestion will get the points.

As for the other products/answers… your products DON’T DO ANYTHING for nasal congestion so not only do you deserve to not get any points, you deserve to get slapped.

If it is your sinus I suggest you look at the Stop Snore Ring
My partner used to snore and her sinuses were always blocked
She has been wearing the ring for several months no snoring and clear sinuses
There are hundreds of testimonials on their website

Don’t spend your money on riduculous myths and ideas.

You can buy a proper anti-snoring device that is a cheaper version of what Doctors prescribe for snoring – it’s guaranteed to work.

    Get a Slumber Guard
