Me and mine have this problem. Any suggested remedies?
I’m not “fat”, but do have respiratory issues. He also has breathing problems.
For a long while I could just let him fall asleep first and fall asleep myself regardless, but it is recently becoming a problem.

    I haven’t been told I snore.
    My dad’s another story.

My husband has a breathing machine because he will snore and stop breathing in the night due to a common breathing problem of the airway getting obstructed when he lays down. He’s not a fat man or anything but sometimes people have that problem when they snore, you might want to get that checked out.
