anyone who wants to know more about snoring and sleep disorders may also find the book “Sleep Disorders for Dummies” useful. it explains how to improve your sleep habits, manage stress, find relief from your symptoms etc

people always saying the partner is the one suffering, but i snore right before i fall asleep and therefore don’t sleep. i’m going fuckin insane.
