Sometimes I dream that I’m running out of breath. In my dream I usually reach for my asthma inhaler.
Is that Asthma related or Apnea related?

Sleep apnea is a period without breathing. So you don’t have to snore to have it. Snoring is a warning sign of sleep apnea. Thanks and God Bless,

If you don’t snore, you don’t have apnea. Your body stops breathing because the muscles in the neck restrict air flow. You wake yourself up with a large snore-like gasp. Your bed-mate would certainly know if you do this as it would wake up the dead. I tried wearing ear plugs and putting the pillow over my head to no avail. Could hear him in the next room!
