Do Men Get Irritated When Their Wife Has Chronic Snoring Problem?

The first thing to understand about snoring is the lack of muscle control. That’s really what it all boils down to. When you go to sleep, your muscles all go limp. This causes your tongue to fall back closer to the back of throat. Just as your jaw falls open and puts a lot of pressure on the throat. Basically the throat starts to thin and that causes the air traveling through it to go at a much faster speed. It is this speed that leads to intense vibration and the sounds you hear.

Sometimes it can get annoying, but I talked with my wife about the snoring, and we decided to try different things to try to solve her snoring problem. Today, neither of us snore ever, and we both sleep all the way through the night

Depends on the man.
My husband snores and if I cant hear him snoring I cant sleep.
I snore too. Not super loud, and he thinks it is cute.
Remember their is a perfect match for everyone.

my dad did get irritated, but he didnt realise he had the same problem too. i still havent told him.

Honestly when I’m out, I’m out and I’m not going to hear a damn things, kind of good but on the other hand not so good. Someone could be strangling her and I wouldn’t hear her.
