Stop Snoring Remedies

He chomps and grinds his teeth so damn loud I want to freak ! lol. He snores so loud its amazing I havent suffered a hearing loss, and another thing… the man is always falling off the bed and can fall asleep sitting on a chair , a bench or anywhere when he is tired. Is this odd ?
Our 4 year old is a crazy sleeper too and falls out of bed all the time even with a bed guard just like dad… LOL

it looks like a dental guard and is supposed to help prevent snoring.

ok i am and i dont sleep over at anyone’s house beacuse i snore like a chainsaw and i wanted to know where i can find a cheap snoring mouth guard in stores or something that can stop my snoring and i alrady know all the tips but they dont work!!!!! plz help me

Hello everyone, my wife snores really bad, I saw the commercial for PureSleep, it is $68 w shipping/handling.
Is it worth it?? I am so deperate that I am close to give them a call, but I don’t want to waste my money either.

I’m going to a sleepover, and I snore…loud.
My friend is friends with some semi-popular kids, and they’re coming! I don’t know if I’ll be the only one snoring, so I’m kind of nervous. :/
Is there anything I can do to stop my snoring, without using nasal strips, throat sprays, and medicine?
And I can’t use a mouth guard, because I got my braces off 5-6 months ago, and I need to wear my retainers.
