With no warming since 1998, fewer hurricanes, record snow and cold increasing, is it time to say we fixed global warming?
Can we say “global warming” is over, done with, one for the history book?

there are a couple I know. One is put a tennis ball in their pillow and have it placed under their neck. Another is called a snore pillow, it is long and round but not very thick; it does the same thing as the tennis ball. Ear plugs will help the non snorer. I am/was a snorer and ended up being diagnosed with sleep apnea. I now use a C-Pap machine and the wife could not be happier.

I woke up a couple of weeks ago to the sound of my own snoring. then 2day I was starting to wake up and heard myself snoring, heavily this time! is that part of late pregnancy (I’m 38 weeks) or am I developing a snoring habit?

Snoring is often times a sign of sleep apnea when you actually stop breathing for a few seconds many times throughout the night…if you feel tired after you wake up and fall asleep during the day that’s another good indication that you might have it.
It’s detected by going in for a sleep study, if you do have it there’s a machine called a c-pap that you sleep with and it should clear up.
Go to your doctor and explain your symptoms…if your doctor thinks it’s something serious then he’ll give you a referral to see a sleep doctor.
