Stop Snoring Remedies

I have tried various remedies but nothing seems to work we are now considering surgery ….. ok not by me even though I feel like sometimes! any body got any useful suggestions??????

Please respond if you know of any home remedy or over the counter cure for snoring.

I’ve been told by my boyfriend that I snore very loudly when i’m sleeping. It was so worse the other night that he had to sleep in the lounge. What should I do about it? I’ve been a snorer my whole life I think, since I was just a little girl but I didnt realise it was this worse till my boyfriend made it clear to me. Does anyone know any remedy that can help? Thanks
