I recently bought a house and my former roommates moved in. One is totally incompetent and is finishing a Masters degree. He was supposed to finish next month but when I asked when he was finishing a few days ago, he said he needs more time. I arranged to have another friend move in as soon as he left. I made these arrangements many months ago.

We have not signed a lease. But he agreed verbally that he would finish and move out at the end of next month. What’s my responsibility with this guy? I don’t want to be a bad friend, but the alternative to kicking him out is to inconvenience another friend and leave me without a roommate when he leaves, or give up my living room. I don’t mind if he’s here an extra week or two but he wants something on the order of months.

I’m also worried that he’ll over stay his welcome. I’ve moved with him twice and he did absolutely nothing to help. I basically moved his stuff for him. I can imagine that he’ll not take his eviction seriously and simply hang around.

I’ve really had my fill with this guy. Here are a list of qualities I can do without in a roommate:
he’s socially inept
we have nothing in common
he is incapable of making adult decisions
he smells bad
his room smells bad
the washroom smells bad after he uses it
he ignores polite requires to remedy the smell
he claims to not know how to clean/do chores
he demands detailed instructions for any task/chore and preforms the task poorly
he breaks things
he can’t be trusted to do important things
he mooches food
he snores while awake

Hi, I’ve had post nasal drip for about 1yr and a half now, I’ve seen 2 ENT physicians and they are still puzzled on why i still have this problem…I had a camera stuck up my nose and one of the physicians said my nasal linning is flamed. My nose is never blocked i can breath through both nose it’s usually at the far back where it drips (that’s the most puzzling for me) i don’t snore…. on a good day i could spit about 5 times a day on a bad day its like every 3 min’s. I’ve tried the following for at least a month .

1.Used nasal irrigation
2.Allergy medication (neoclartin n some others)
3.Herbal Remedies such as (goldenseal, tinctures and some others)
4.Drink only fruit juices
5.Ive used every antihistamines, decongestants, nasal steroids in london i could find…any other suggestion would be great..

He im a song writer and im pretty sure a lot of you have heard the song Day N Night by Kid Cudi. I was on youtube and i saw that a lot off ppl did a few remixes of their own so i decided to do one myself and i would like for you guys to tell me what you think. I’m trying to better myself feel free to tell me what i need to do to improve is there is any improvement needed. I know when writing music there really isnt any wrong way to go because it’s your own style but, just need to know how the public react to my personal style. Thanks for your time!

The song is about a guy who isn’t who he think he is.

Day And Night (Sleepwalker Remix)

Verse I
Day and night
He toss and turn just to relieve himself
He dreamt a goal but the trail went cold, cold
With pens and needles strap to his head
A lost learner trapped in his world
The strings are pulled
The smell of hormone swing across the room
He hears the girl that want to hold him tight
Too bad she’s just another prototype, type

Chorus
This day and night
A heavy sleeper seem to walk the halls at night
He talks and roam every day and night
A restless sleeper seem to walk the halls at night (at, at, at night)
Day and night
A louring snore seems to screech the halls at night
He walks and roam to find an easy way
A restless sleeper seem to walk the halls at night (at, at, at night)

Verse II
Lets take a ride
Slip in syringe and let’s see what’s on tonight
A motion picture of dancing clone
A puppeteer who can stand on his own, own
With strings attached
He’s an Easter Egg waiting to hatch
The willingness keeps him lodged in his head
A word of wisdom but recall what was said, said

Verse III
Remedies
The asylum old from dust to wall and the cracks
He feels the foreverness, there’s no going back
The open night left him with a bad touch
Hasn’t woken much
The girl that he thought he knew before
Was taken home cause she open doors
He and her were just a
He and her were just a
He and her were just a

At, at, at night
This day and night
Been writing since the beginning of October of 08 and have over 100 song on paper and pad
