I have a snoring problem, not that its reely bad but its enough that it will somtimes wake up my girlfriend when we are sleeping, I’ve tried a couple of different things. Those stupid breath right things dont really work because I’ll just pull them off in my sleep, and I always try not to sleep on my back buy some how always end up on my back. If anyone knows a good remedy to my embarrasing problem, can you help me? …Oh and im not down for doing a surgery or somthing that crazy haha.

Husband snores horribly every night whether sleeping on side or back. He knows he snores, figures he has sleep apnea but won’t do anything to remedy the situation. I have no place in the house to go to for sleep-bungalow, small home. I VASTLY enjoy when I go out of town and have a hotel to sleep in as I typically go by myself to things but obviously I can’t live in a hotel. Are there any earplugs that might be of help? I typically can get to sleep if I beat him to bed but wake up a few hours later and cant get back to sleep for hours. Ideas? We have been married for over 20 years now, he knows he snores but has stated that it is what it is….

I take 4 kinds of med.’s to help calm me down and a sleep aid to help me sleep.i have moved myself away from my snoring husband,i have darkened my room(where I sleep now) and i do not lay down if i am not tired.i listen to a waterfall w/ soft music and i still can’t find a remedy. My sleep disorder dr. says he doesn’t know what else to try.
I also don’t drink coffee after 3p.m. or i don’t eat sugary items.
WHAT CAN I DO?

Me and mine have this problem. Any suggested remedies?
I’m not “fat”, but do have respiratory issues. He also has breathing problems.
For a long while I could just let him fall asleep first and fall asleep myself regardless, but it is recently becoming a problem.
