Question by nirvana rocks: remedies for snoring?
any home remedies for snoring
Best answer:
Answer by rhsaunders No home remedies worth bothering with. Have someone listen to your snoring watching for apnea — brief cessations of breathing. These can be a problem, which can be fixed surgically; snoring will be reduced as a side effect. Ask your doctor about UPPP.

Question by Sleeper: Snoring or just deep breaths or something more serious?
My roommate complained that I started snoring for the past few weeks and showed me a video clip of me sleeping. In the clip I was inhaling very deeply, making a quite audible sound. However, I wasn’t making the typical fluttering sound people produce when they snore and my mouth was closed. So technically I wasn’t snoring, right? Can anyone tell me the possible causes and solutions to it? Can it be a more serious medical condition?

Answer by jml3148 Could be an obstruction which isn’t severe enough to cause a loud sound. If you are often tired during the day, you may have sleep apnea. If you feel fine, then you have nothing to worry about.
