if we had a spare room id use it but all i have is the couch, if i brought some earplugs to sleep in would they block out his snoring?,,

By the way,, id definately say he may have apneoa,,, but hes too damn stubborn to get tested as it dosent bother him and hes selfish to care about me or his health
my dad wears a cpap machine to bed 4 his snoring and dad hates it,, so my hubby definately dosent want one!,, lol

it depends on your situation.

sometimes clearing out your nose when you sleep helps you prevent snoring, others suggest losing some weight because the excess fat on your neck could help make that noise. Also sometimes it goes away on its own, like when i was a kid i would snore LOUD, now i dont snore at all.

but sometimes snoring just shows how good of a sleep your getting haha

You may have sleep apnea. A sleep study will let you know. It helped several of my clients. (I work at a group home)

This needs to be checked out by the doctor to rule out a medical cause. Once the doc has ruled out a medical cause of the snoring the doc will make suggestions on what to do for it. Seeing the doc though is very important as snoring is a common symptom of something more serious like sleep apnea or sinus problems.

I would rather pay .00 for 2 of these and they last as long as they have then go to Wal-mart pay .00 each for the other pillows and they lasted less than a month. In my opinion this set of pillows is the better bargain! I highly recommend these pillows to anyone, as they are very comfortable, last a long time, and are well worth the money you pay for them. Surgery. Usually caused by deviated septum. Nose job. There are two types of nose jobs. Get both. One to repair it and one to keep it from coming back.
