I am suffering with this problem it is actually in the initial stage and it is disturbing me and my husband though he does not say much but I can see that it is effecting his sleep. I am using a spray at night which is not very effective and I dont want to get use to it. Pls help!!!

My teenage daughter slept in the same room as me for a few nights last week.We got to talking last night and she told me I breath really heavy when I’m asleep.She said it’s not like snoring just really loud steady heavy breathing.I always wake up early but find I’m tired after a couple of hours,could my breathing while I’m asleep be the cause.As far as I’m aware this is continuous throughout the time I’m asleep.

I have never really snored that I know of but lately my husband says I snore all the time and really loud. I am wondering what could cause me to just all of a sudden start snoring. I am 41 and have gained a little weight in the last year but just wondering if that is all it is or if it could be something serious?
