Stop Snoring Remedies

Question by ignitkrit: I have very bad sleep apnea, and i snore loudly..can I do surgery myself with paper clips and a laser pointer?
My snoring really bothers my wife. I was considering performing emergency surgery on myself here at the office and surpising her with no snoring tonight. Would I need any other office supplies that I may have looked over?

i know there are nose clips that help with snoring available online but i was wondering if anyone knew of any stores that would sell them, like wal-mart or something? i need one in the next 2ish days so i dont have time to order it and wait 1-2 weeks for it to get here.
