Stop Snoring Remedies

Question by Terrible Treasure: Dreaming will be the death of me.?
Ever since I can remember, I’ve remembered my dreams. I am aware I’m dreaming, while I dream, I guess thats called lucid dreaming. Sometimes I can decide what happens in my dreams. Now the problem is that I wake up exhuasted. The only time I sleep well is when I can’t remember my dreams. I came to the, very unprofessional, conclusion, that my mind is too focused on my dreams, and it doesn’t rest. Is there anyway, I can practice not remembering my dreams? Kind of like an anti-dream-diary. I know it sounds rediculous, but I’d just like to sleep. I’d like to stop dreaming the things I dream. I often have night mares. I’m a healthy 19 year old female. I’m probably 10lbs overweight, and I don’t snore, so I doubt its sleep apnea, but you never know. If you need any other details, let me know. Thanks.
I’m not on any drugs, I’d like it to stay that way. I don’t have caffine, and I eat as healthy as I can. I’ve changed my diet, to see if the dreaming changes, but it seems to have no effect.
I go to college, and I’m a writer, by passion, not profession. Most of my ideas come from my dreams, infact. Also, I run 8 miles a week.

My cat dreams of licking a giant ice cream cone whilst laying on my junky floor. I love him so much, can ya tell? In case you were wondering, he’s not sick or anything. The reason he sleeps with his mouth open and snores is because he was in an accident when he was younger that smashed his face in…they had to operate on his face, and wire it together. We spent months feeding him with a turkey baster…:P He’s all better now, but the side effects definitely still remain. I really love my kitty…:)

I have heard this several times, and was wondering if anyone else has heard this, and has any info as to why this is true??

My baby twitches and gasps in her sleep (I do not know the medical term for this) but it is like after crying very hard, some children, even adults gasps. I know it should not be asmathic-related symptons but I really appreciate to have assurance that it is not.
