Question by CrowsFeet: How do I drown out my boyfriend’s loud snoring?
I can’t sleep. I’ve tried sleeping in other rooms and kicking, hard. At 4:00 in the morning it’s hard to resist the smother with a pillow urge. He sounds like a loud pig constantly going.
It’s an interruption and it’s hard on me when I have to work all day.

have him use breath rite strips and the also have a snore spray that helps…my husband snors VERY LOUD and it helps him alot
other than that you will have to ignore it or go to bed before him

Gently roll them over or ask them to turn over seems to help. If the spouse continues to snore on a nightly basis, they may want to consider having a sleep study done for sleep apnea. You could also turn your radio on softly to give yourself something else to listen to while she/he is snoring.
