Question by OMG rainbows!: How do i stop my sister from snoring like a bear?
My sis is 19 and I’m 17. We share a room. I can never sleep because of her. What can she do? It’s weird because she just started snoring this week.
She does not have any allergies
I have 3sisters. This sister is very thin she weighs 104
Breath right strips do not work for her.
If I put a clip on her nose she will beat me. lol j/k but she would think I’m trying to kill her.

Have her sleep on her side. Get her to lose some weight as well – honestly this will help.

Im 14 and i have sinus roblems >:|
Im going on a trip, in two months, with my class and will be rooming with some friends. I find snoring really emberassing, for me. I have tried the breathe rights and stuff but they dont really work.
Any suggestions?

Sorry, but the only way to keep yourself from not snoring is to not sleep.

Or, it may be a tonsil issue, but I dont know if you’d want to go through taking them out just for your trip.

Sometimes sleeping on your side helps, rather than your back.

Truth is, i dont think anyone will care that you snore! almost everyone snores–it is completely normal. just relax and dont be so self-concious–its not that big of a deal.

Question by a mom: Any suggestions to stop my husband from snoring?
It does not matter if he is on his back or his side. I also snore but men sleep more soundly so therefor he can sleep right through it. I ask him to move his position but as soon as he does he falls fast asleep and the snoring starts again. Most nights I find myself going in my kids’ bed or the couch. Help!

Get those snoring strips at Walgreens or something. They go on the nose and help.

he sleeps on his back with one flat pillow, he cant sleep with any more pillows than that

He needs to see the doc. Often snoring is related to or caused by a medical problem the doc can correct. Have him see the doc and get checked out.
