You could always put in earplugs and just tell him it’s a new home remedy to clean the ears of disruptive materials! Or tell him calmly and sincerely that he should try and avoid being stressful at work as this can lead to snoring.

Be logical. If your meds arent helping stop taking all sleep meds.
I found one thing the doctors didnt catch that keeps you from sleeping. FEAR. fear knows no bounds and creeps into every part of your life. You must just stop being afraid of what you are afraid of and get on with it.
It does no good but it will keep you from sleep and appetite. Ask yourself if you are scared of some problem in your life.
I was scared to death and only slept 2 hours a night for a whole month. Then I realized what was going on and saw that my fear had grown to take over my life.
This may not be your problem, but you can think about it.
They told me my brain was injured and would sleep when it got done repairing itself. they were wrong.

Question by Nikell N: is there a surgery I can undergo to stop from snoring so loudly?
I have apnea and currently use a cpap machine. My issue it that I snore loudly and always have even before I had apnea. It has put a damper on my personal life and I am afraid to get involved with someone because of my loud snoring. There are so many things out in the medical world that doctors can do for people with concerns about their body etc, but I don’t hear of anything but nasal strips out their for people who snore. Is there any medical procedure that can help me?
My question refers to sleep overs where I don’t want to use my cpap machine or naps while other people are around

I’m pretty sure they have nasal strips for people that snore. If you have allergies a lot or sneeze/cough alot and have nasal congestion you may want to see if you have nasal polyps. A large portion of people that snore have nasal polyps and never even know. They can be surgically removed or shrunken with a steroid nasal spray. if the snoring is bothering someone else in the bedroom you may want to check it out.

Question by cwaters63@sbcglobal.net: How to stop teeth from grinding at night?
a couple of weeks ago I was awoken by an odd squeaking noise. Upon investigation I discovered it was my roommate grinding his teeth. It is impossible for me to fall back asleep while he’s doing this so it’s affecting my sleep. This problem is confounded in that he’s hard hearing as well so his excessively loud alarm only wakes me up….2 hours before i need to be awake…but not him. So then I have to try to go back to sleep with him grinding his teeth. Oh and did I mention he snores really bad too. And he refuses to wear a guard to stop the grinding. Is there any other way to stop the teeth grinding?
thanks

wear a bite plate made by a dentist
