Stop Snoring Remedies

I slapped my ex once. I pretended I rolled over and hit him in the mouth with the back of my hand. I slept like a baby after that.
Plus, he made me mad before bed….so he had it coming!

and the nasal strips dont work and I havent found a spray that works that well either.

My husband has a major problem with snoring. It never used to bother me before, but our daughter sleeps in the same room as we do. It’s not his snoring that wakes her, it’s when he stops. I don’t understand it. He’ll stop, then start again, and she’ll wake up a lil, wanting her bottle. Any suggestions? Btw, I don’t and will not consider putting her in another room. I’m hoping we’ll find something to help his snoring.

You should go to the doctor and see if you have sleep apnea. The cpap machine I use used air pressure to let you breathe and creates a vaccum in your mouth that keeps your mouth closed do you woint snore
