Stop Snoring Remedies

I have never before recently snored in my life – however the past few weeks i have started snoring in my sleep (quite loudly apparently), i had a rhinoplasty in september 2007 but never snored until recently.
I have noticed that my nose has been a bit stuffy though and breathing has been a bit limited recently, but i dont have a cold or anything? I have suffered from rhinitis all my life but again, never had this issue before.
Any ideas why it has suddenly started now?

I went to the midnight “Avatar” thurs night.. and i was in one of the far back rows, and a guy wasn’t bored by the movie, just picked wrong time to go.. I nearly wanted to throw my coke and ice in his face.

I think she’s fine. I think she just snores a little.

My friends says that I snore pretty loud at night whenever I’m at sleepovers and that I should get the problem checked.
I recently read that sleep apnea can cause memory problems and I’m worried I have that due to my snoring. I’m only 17, is this normal?
