Question by Jane: Any ideas on how to stop sleep problems like teeth grinding and twitching?
My boyfriend breathes really loud, he snores, talks in his sleep, grinds his teeth, and incesantly twitches from the moment his head hits the pillow. I am a very light sleeper and I haven’t gotten a good nights sleep in 2 years! Please help me!!

I can’t help you with the loud snoring and talking in his sleep but the grinding of teeth and twitching maybe helped with a regular dose of magnesium citrate. Tried it on my children.

Valerian Root tea, Sleepy time tea, Kava Kava tea (capsules) limit your intake of coffee to just one cup a day just to get you started in the morning then no more, OR no coffee six to seven hours before bedtime, do a little more exercise than what you usually do but not before bedtime, just a few tips to start you off with you journey to more restful sleep. Oh and they sell books on sleep and how to get more (restful) you can even try the library.
