Any New Snoring Remedies, I’ve tried just about everything…?

I have tried nose strips, a nose clip (it is awful) snore spray and the ENT Doc even gave me a prescription of Nasonnex. Nothing has helped. I already sleep on my side not my back. Anyone have any suggestions??
