The 1yr old boy is sneezing more then his sister.. and for the first time tonight i hear him breathing hard and kinda snoring.. Is this just a cold of some sort .. since the kitten got over it ? or could it be something more serious.. My friends boyfriend keeps her up all night, is there anything that I can suggest that she does to help her. It litterally brings her to tears because she can’t sleep at all.

My father has always been a snorer, but lately its been worse. We can hear it through the walls, my mom has gotten sick from no sleep. The nose stripes don’t work because he says they are too tight. Changing sleep positions doesn’t work. I have looked up some other causes, my dad is overweight ( that’s what the wii fit said ), he does drink, but he doesn’t want to to change. Is there anything we can do and please don’t say surgery.

Tie a rags around your chin and the top of your head, to keep your mouth closed!
