Question by spannerjockey02: Anyone know a way to stop snoring???
I mean, besides a swift smack to the head with a pillow? My fiance snores like an old bear, and its driving me nuts!! Its so bad that I have to get up and end up sleeping most of the night in the spare room. He has no idea he is doing it, but gets that loud he wakes himself up!! I try making him roll onto his side, but that doesnt make a difference. Its a snore noise as he breathes in, and out…its constant noise!
Any info will be greatly appreciated.

Answer by Carmail S Inadequate feeling on your facial area is pretty serious. First, I would like to suggest contacting your otorhinolaryngologist (the physician who performed the UPPP procedure). Sorry, I can not answer your question accurately, because my knowledge about cranial nerves is not well in depth enough to provide you with a solid answer; but I can give you these links to two great otorhinolaryngologists and they do have a web page where can submit your question and they would love to answer your question.
