Stop Snoring Remedies

my wife is 5 months pregnant she has all ways snored but with the new baby weight its unreal we have tried ear plugs ‘breath right strips etc etc
The noise seems to come from her throat and out through her nose and mouth any body got some idea’s please

Have you found any effective solution ? What do you think is a reason for his/her snoring ? Physical , psychological or both ? or something else ? Are you able to sleep well on background of such snoring ?
