Stop Snoring Remedies

Question by eesseeee: mixing hydrocodone, excedrin, and a natural sleep aid such as “hyland’s: calms”?
i took the hydro for throat pain (sore throat) my mom said it might help, and its about 2 am christmas and my throat hurts so bad! i was even waking myself up snoring, so i took excedrin to ease the pain. NOW i cant sleep and really want to take hylands calms (natural sleep aid) but i dont know if i should mix anymore medications because i take antidepressants daily?

help! need to sleep!

I use Oxycodone for stomach pain, as well as Ibuprofen. At night I also take an over the counter sleep aid as well. As well as many other medications. I don’t think you would be in any situation where you would have to worry about it.

I also take antidepressants daily, two different types to be exact.

But I don’t see how mixing Excedrin, hydrocodone, and a sleep aid.

Question by Honora Austyn: What would be a natural home remedy for snoring?
Besides ginger, what other dietary supplements or change in life style might help reduce snoring? I snore once in a while but I would like to understand what could be causing it and what safe remedy can be used to cope with this somewhat health issue?
