Serveral OTC devices reviewed. Somnomed expensive (00 insurance 0 pocket), not so easy to get used to, I only tolerate when tired and relaxed and not when otherwise might have difficulty getting to sleep. Been wearing britishsnoring.uk’s snore-no-more for sports and sleep prior to deviated septum repair surgery (post-op depicted herein as well). Also for exercise American Dental Union’s ebay-sold (not sold on tv as yet) device where you make your own imprint and send them back for device forming. Aveotsd is apparently for the “edentials”? (untoothed) (welcome someone to buy my old one). My TMJ+ doc here says soft things are not suited for bruxism and cause TMJ. Don’t know if cosmetic orthodontics is relevent. Can’t stay what’s “best” for bruxism, apnea (oh yeah, may pursue pillar treatment and may follow up on CPAP if next sleep test does not show sufficient progress on apnea). Hope display of variety of available devices is helpful to the u2bmunity. Good luck.

Proper grinding and polishing techniques are critical if you want it to feel smooth and slide into the mouth easily.

Rockus Maximus is a battle of the bands held once a year Pasco county, Florida. It is run by the Pasco County Library System. There is two different competitions that the bands participating in this battle can win: the battle of the bands itself and a battle of sorts called Library Warrior. The events of Library Warrior are NOT a snore. I can guarantee you of that. Let’s just say that prior to deciding what all they’ll make the bands do for the competition, they ask each person participating if they have any allergies. Including allergies that are not related to food. Anyways- though I’m sure a good chunk of you already stopped reading this by now- the first of the two interviews done with each band tonight will be posted on Valentine’s Day. Watch the interviews. I promise that they’re entertaining. You can find those interviews on the library’s battle of the bands youtube channel: www.youtube.com
