Question by April: Snoring remedies? PLEASE help, 10 pts best answer!!?
In the last year, my boyfriend has started snoring!! It is SO ANNOYING. Snoring is one of my pet peeves and I absolutely cannot stand it when he does it. Last night his snoring woke me up in the middle of the night and I could not go back to sleep for 2 hours because of the noise!!!

Does anyone know any products that will reduce snoring that ACTUALLY WORK? (from experience)

Please let me know if you have any suggestions. It makes me not want to sleep in the same room as my boyfriend but that would really suck :(

Well, I really feel ya cause my husband has an awful problem. It drove me so nuts and it threatened our marriage. So here’s what I’ve found in my desperation:
Snore strips help about 80% or more of the time. Sometimes they come off but seriously, they have saved our marriage. you can get them at any drug store and they go over the bridge of his nose.
If he is willing there is a chin strap snore device out there, but I haven’t tried it and it just looks so gimpy my husband doesn’t want it either. They are like 60$ so the snore strips are better.
Also, a liver cleanse helps too. Milk thistle or Turmeric.

Question by Gankster Crackerâ„¢: A snoring surgery question? Please answer :-D ?
So I went to the E.N.T. specialist yesterday and she said that the reason I couldn’t breathe well through my nose was because my air passages in my nose are too small. So, I am having the surgery on December 30 (this month) to get it corrected. I’ve recently been through spinal fusion (back in August) and I was wondering how bad the pain was from this surgery. Is it bad, or is it not really that bad? They’re cutting out some bone in my nose, I forgot the name of it. If you’ve been through this PLEASE answer this question. Thanks!

Answer by Ranisha
No I haven’t been through this but I hope that the surgery goes well for you and it isn’t good to have snoring problems like that.
