If you can reach ear plugs from any pharmacy, it should work very well. my sister used to snore cause she has a problem with her nose but when I use these plugs i don’t hear anything.

Question by Harry C: Should I get a tonsillectomy? How to cure snoring problem?
I have tonsillitis since like March or something? At the beginning it was bothering me and it was large so I went to the doctor and they gave my antibiotics. After like a week with taking the antibiotics the pain stopped by my tonsils were still large. Is this supposed to happen? The pain stopped but tonsilliths sometimes appear on my tonsils and I have no problem removing them. Since the inflammation I have been snoring. Snoring really loud. I want that to stop. Is it a nose problem or is it happening because of my tonsils? I don’t want to have a tonsillectomy because I’m scared. What should I do?

you should have your tonsils out.
if they are big they are what is causing your snoring.
and tonsil stones can become quite annoying. (i know i suffered for 9 years with them)
you’ll be glad you got rid of your tonsils.

Question by Steve: Is sleep apnea a real problem, or is the doctor trying to scam me?
My doctor, who’s new because I moved, referred me to a “sleep specialist” because I told him I snored heavily, am often tired during the day, and am overweight. The sleep specialist, after having me sleep with a bunch of wires strapped to me for a night, diagnosed me with “obstructive sleep apnea”, and is telling me I need a breathing machine for when I sleep at night as treatment. Also, he’s told me all sorts of stuff about health risks from the apnea: I’ll get to being fatigued to the point of narcolepsy, I’m at even more risk for an early heart attack, even though I’ve started going to the gym I won’t be able to lose weight, etc.
Now, what I want to know is, are there really health risks from sleep apnea, and is it a real problem, or is it just some sort of medical fad or scam?

if you were diagnosed you need to to do what the doctor says. sleep apnea can be fatal if not taken seriously.

Whenever you sleep, whisper “I won’t snore in my sleep” very quietly and repeat it until you fall asleep. I works every time. You can also use that method to stop you from kicking your blankets (You have to use different words though) Soon you won’t even have to whisper the phrase before you sleep because your body will already remember that phrase and repeat it mentally. I hope you stop snoring!
