Stop Snoring Remedies

Question by Princess: Snoring..Has anyone used that new product on the market called “puresleep”..?
it looks like a dental guard and is supposed to help prevent snoring.

I have not heard of that product and this may sound crazy but buy you or whoever a new pillow. If the head is not properly supported it will cause you to snore. I use to snore bad and bought a new pillow and now im quiet.

Hello everyone, my wife snores really bad, I saw the commercial for PureSleep, it is $ 68 w shipping/handling.
Is it worth it?? I am so deperate that I am close to give them a call, but I don’t want to waste my money either.

donotbelieve what all u see in commercial even so it may not suits ur wife just ask a n ENT doc this may be sinus or nasal septum or sleep apnea overwieght if not the doc can poit u to the suitable solution

I haven’t bought the pure sleep one – but I have used Slumber Guard – and that worked for me.

I hope to be able to find out soon, we just ordered the Pure sleepp mouthpiece for my boyfriend and we are excited to give it a try. I’m a very light sleeper and it is rare that I can get any sleep staying in bed with him. I usually resort to the couch where the deep throaty snoring noises can at least be muffled. I’ll keep you posted with our results, I really hope this works!

Pure Sleep mouthpiece,nasal strips and sprays don’t work. tape your mouth closed so you won’t snore
