Stop Snoring Remedies

Question by Qq: My little sister is snoring after surgery, is that normal?
She just got her gall bladder taken out laparoscopically. She never used to snore before, but now she snores everytime she sleeps. Is that normal? If so, or if not, what could be causing it?

she most likley just has somthing simple like allergies i dont think it is because of the surgery

Question by OMG rainbows!: How do i stop my sister from snoring like a bear?
My sis is 19 and I’m 17. We share a room. I can never sleep because of her. What can she do? It’s weird because she just started snoring this week.
She does not have any allergies
I have 3sisters. This sister is very thin she weighs 104
Breath right strips do not work for her.
If I put a clip on her nose she will beat me. lol j/k but she would think I’m trying to kill her.

Have her sleep on her side. Get her to lose some weight as well – honestly this will help.

I don’t know how long it’s been like this but she snores like an adult. I don’t even snore like that, in fact, I don’t snore at all. None in our family does but her. We’ve been wanting to ask a doctor but we haven’t had the time so I just thought I’d ask here for the meantime. It’s not exactly very loud but it’s loud enough for someone not to be able to sleep without kicking her the whole night. Anyone has ideas on this?
