Stop Snoring Remedies

Question by AM: while i sleeping i use to snore,its disturbing to other people,pls any suggestion to avoid snoring?
as a married girl,i feel shame to snore,even my husband gets irritate while sleeping.before consult to doctor..i need some suggestion to avoid snoring.. while sleeping,i dont have like snore.. pls give some good solution for this.it helps to my future..

i really don’t know how to help you but my mom once told me that people snore because the bone in your nose is a little crooked. i don’t know how that even effects it but… good luck. if your doctor gives you an answer please share your discovery.

Is there any way to stop snoring when I am sleeping? I need more like a tips, solutions or anything except for suggesting me do the surgery. I know the surgery can solve the problem but I’m searching for more lighter solutions…tips would be perfect!

Two ways at the drug store! Either those nose strips that go over the bridge of your nose. (Breathe Right)
Or, Snore-Stop.
Both work real well. Ask the pharmacist if you have any questions. They’re really smart and helpful.

You could always put in earplugs and just tell him it’s a new home remedy to clean the ears of disruptive materials! Or tell him calmly and sincerely that he should try and avoid being stressful at work as this can lead to snoring.
