Besides earplugs. I’ve tried noise canceling headphones w/ my iPod. They work until I wake up in the middle of the night, then I can’t fall back asleep. I’ve tried drowning it out with my speaker system, but is there something else, for him or me to do?

Answer by Varun Upneja You could always put in earplugs and just tell him it’s a new home remedy to clean the ears of disruptive materials! Or tell him calmly and sincerely that he should try and avoid being stressful at work as this can lead to snoring.
