I’m a chick, and since gaining a lot of weight after having a baby, I snore. Which store remedies work best?

I sleep on my side to try and prevent the snoring, but my boyfriend says it’s obviously not working. *lol* When I’m on my back, I actually seem to have sleep apnea. (I don’t have insurance at this time, that’s why I need something OTC)
